Bridging the cybersecurity skills gap and creating life-changing career opportunities

A Glimpse into the C|EH Hall of Fame Annual Report 2021
The Certified Ethical Hacker (C|EH) Hall of Fame Annual Report 2021 highlights the importance of training and certification—specifically, EC-Council’s C|EH program—in building a talent pool to fill the numerous (and vital) available positions in the cybersecurity sector. It also emphasizes the role of skills development in increasing job satisfaction among those already working in the field. The right training increases the supply of new entrants into the cybersecurity job market and encourages the retention of indispensable mid- and upper-tier professionals by opening doors to exciting and promising career specializations.
Each year, EC-Council acknowledges the top achievers in the C|EH program. Those who receive a score of 90% or higher on the C|EH certification exam are invited to apply for nomination to the C|EH Hall of Fame. These participants are much more than a group of talented ethical hackers: They represent a new ray of hope in the fight to reverse current global threat trends by narrowing the cybersecurity skills gap.
The C|EH Hall of Fame nominees and finalists have each made positive individual contributions to mitigating cyberthreats, in addition to inspiring others through their teaching, mentorship, and example. They play a pivotal leadership role in increasing the number of well-prepared applicants eligible for cybersecurity job vacancies worldwide.
